Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground lamb
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 –10 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and ginger.
  3. Add ground lamb and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until slightly crispy, then remove from heat.
  6. Add lemon juice and herbs.
  7. Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve.
