Ingredients
  

  • 2 –3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp low-carb sweetener
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Season pork
  2. Mix sauce ingredients
  3. Place pork in slow cooker
  4. Pour sauce over
  5. Cook on low 7–8 hours
  6. Shred and mix with sauce
