Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground lamb
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Shape into small koftas
  3. Heat oil and cook evenly on all sides
  4. Cook until browned and fully done
  5. Rest and serve
