Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Combine chicken and vegetables
  3. Add oil and spices, mix well
  4. Spread on sheet pan
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes
  6. Squeeze lime juice and serve

  • Don’t overcrowd the pan
  • Broil for extra char if needed
