Ingredients
  

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring lamb to room temperature and season well
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and sear lamb chops
  3. Flip and cook until golden
  4. Add butter, garlic, and herbs
  5. Baste continuously for 2–3 minutes
  6. Rest before serving

Notes

Do not overcook. Best served medium-rare for maximum tenderness.
