  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken dry and place it in the baking dish in a single layer.
  3. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Add cooked crumbled bacon evenly over the cheese.
  8. Bake for 22 to 28 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  9. Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with green onions and parsley before serving.
